PRODUCT INFORMATION

Our Table has the following dimensions:

Our table tops are made using premium grade of MDF wood with carbon fiber cover. This carbon fiber cover improves overall aesthetic as well as provides additional mouse tracking function.
Our tables are designed to support a max load of 80kg.
Unfortunately the frame of our table is not designed to be adjustable. However our design includes adjustable desk feet (up to 10mm) to achieve a perfectly level surface.
Unfortunately we did not design our table with the intention of installing castor wheels.
There are a total of 11 modes as well as a color wheel for you to choose from.

Unfortunately we do not offer customizable options at the moment.
Currently, we only have the table legs in Matt Black.
We use high quality SPCC grade commercial quality cold rolled steel with Epoxy-Polyester Hybrids Powder Coatings that create the ultra-smooth finishes.

We use shopify payments and can accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit and credit cards as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Unfortunately we do not offer instalment plans at the moment.

Yes you may change or cancel your order subjected to the following condition:

  • You must contact us, with a minimum of 3 days before the scheduled delivery date given by our logistics team
    or selected from our website during checkout, whichever is later.

DELIVERY

Shipping cost is indicated on the checkout page. Additional charges will apply if your delivery location is without lift access and for redelivery upon delivery failure in the first round. If you have any queries, kindly contact us via +65 9126 3374 or drop us an email at support@nobledesk.com.sg prior to your delivery date.

Depending on the size of product purchased, delivery will either be by our logistics team or by registered mail.
You can choose your delivery date and time slot in the cart page before checking out.
Should your delivery location require special permission to access, please inform the management of the location beforehand to make the necessary arrangement. Do note that there will be a re-delivery fee chargeable in the event where we are unable to deliver due to lack of access permission.
Unfortunately we do not currently support international sales.
Yes we are able to deliver to your doorstep, however additional charges will apply should your delivery location have no lift access.

General Cleaning and Care Guide:

Regularly remove unwanted dirt and fluids by using a dry cotton cloth. In the event where there are stains, wipe the affected area with a damp cotton cloth and dry it by wiping with a dry cotton cloth.

For stubborn stains, use a damp cotton cloth dipped in a mid soap solution to wipe on the affected area. Immediately dry the affected area after using a clean dry cotton cloth.

DO NOT use the following solutions when cleaning the table top:
  • Alcohol based solvent cleaner
  • Harsh cleaner
To ensure that our products do not get damaged during transportation as well as reducing delivery cost, our products are not pre-assembled. Our products are designed to be easily self-assembled.

WARRANTY, RETURN & REFUND

In summary, our warranty policy covers up to 5 years for our desk, 2 years for our accessories unless otherwise stated. Aesthetic defects and damage due to misuse or other factors are not covered.
