Return and Refund Policy

Effective as of 1st January 2021
This policy only applies to consumer purchases.

Validity Period for Returns	Within 15 days from the date you received your goods based on our tracking record.
Return Packaging	Goods are returned in the Original Packaging in Excellent Condition. All goods to be returned must be marked as "Returned Goods".
Return Shipping Fee	You are responsible for all shipping fees and costs.
Return or Refund / Restocking Fee	15%
Damage Fee	May be applicable based on the condition of the returned goods.
Refund	Upon passing our inspection, refund will be initiated within 14 working days after the returned goods. Will be processed via the same means of payment used for initial transactions.
Additional Notes	We are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged while in transit or rejected because it was sent to the wrong address. All refund and return decisions by Noble Desk are final.
