By taking part in the “Noble Desk Warranty Extension and Cashback Promotion” (referred to as “Promotion”), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

A. DEFINITIONS

1. Definitions of User Generated Content

User Generated Content refers to any photo, video or content of any kind, shared by you on a public platform, and submitted to us in relation to the Promotion.

2. Definition of “we”,”us” and “our”

The terms “we”, “us” and “our” shall refer to Keep Office Pte Ltd (aka. Noble Desk).

B. THE PROMOTION IS SUBJECTED TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

1. To facilitate the selection of winners for the particular month, the User Generated Content shared by you on a public platform at the time application for the whole duration of that month must remain accessible by the public.
2. This promotion is only applicable to Noble Desk with a purchase date of less than a year. The purchase date shall take reference from the date of delivery as per your date of receipt as shown in our delivery records.
3. Each Noble Desk is only entitled to one warranty extension
4. Warranty extension is only applicable and valid for Noble Desk, the warranty extension does not include any desk attachments or accessories.
5. Cashback chances are consolidated at the end of the month based on the first application date. Any subsequent application after the end of the month will not be valid.

C.YOU GIVE US PERMISSION TO USE YOUR USER GENERATED CONTENT AS FOLLOWS:

1. License to reproduce, display, perform, distribute, modify, and otherwise use your User Generated Content in connection with marketing purposes, including without limitation in our email, website, social media sites and other customer communications, as well as with our partners.
2. User Generated Content may be used to advertise and promote Noble Desk or the Site. Our license to your User Generated Content is non-exclusive, meaning you may use the User Generated Content for your own purposes or let others use your User Generated Content for their purposes.
3. Our license to your User Generated Content is fully-paid and royalty free, meaning we do not owe you anything else concerning our use of your User Generated Content. We may exercise our rights anywhere in the world.
4. Our license to your User Generated Content is perpetual, meaning that our license lasts for an indefinite period

D. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

1. We reserves the right in our sole discretion to select Winners from all eligible entries and to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the selection process.
2. In our sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Promotion, we have the right to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user.
3. Winner will be selected under our supervision and will be notified by Email within thirty (30) days following selection of Winner.
4. We shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
5. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 14 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
